The menu is designed by the school, in line with the Comunidad de Madrid nutritional guidelines, and then overseen by a nutritionist.
In general, each month, first courses will consist of: 20% rice, 20% pasta, 20% legumes, 40% vegetables, purées and soups. Second courses will consist of 50% meat (mainly white meat), 30% fish and 20% eggs. Salad is served on 80% of days and bread every day. Fruit is served for pudding on 80% of days and yoghurt for 20%.
All children have the opportunity to repeat if they finish their food and would like more.
